Yoga is breathing. It’s awareness of breath, body and mind. It’s going inward. It’s finding one pointed concentration. It’s calming the busyness of the mind. It’s peace and lovingkindness for all that is. It’s offering and resonating with a sound, a prayer, a gesture, a word or two that brings you close to the divine within.
